New Catalog and Weekly Deals

I hope by now you all have your catalogs... or at least have a date for when you can get them in your hot little hands. Mine are here waiting for my customers to 'come n get em'.

I've been a Stampin Up customer for about 6 years and a demonstrator for a little over a year so I've seen lots of SU cattys. They used to put out two per year ... yep, I've saved them all ... even the minis. Well, anyway, I just want to let you know that in my humble opinion THIS IS THE BEST ONE EVER! Oh, sure, you think that's just hype, right? No... I really mean it. It is so thoughtfully laid out, sorted, organized and full of samples and how to's ... you will love it!!!

As usual, the catalog is divided into two main sections: stamps and accessories. It shows
project ideas for stamp sets, as usual, PLUS, in many instances, shows the accessories that were used to make the project too... like a recipe... neat, huh?

I also love that in the back there is a greeting stamp set index for quick reference. This is fabulous!!! I used to make a little notebook (of sorts) that had all the greetings/sentiments from my sets stamped out and then I'd put what set it was from. So when I needed a particular sentiment I could flip through the notebook and find what I wanted and where it came from without burrowing through all the sets. Well, guess what? The new catty has an index right there in the back that has all that. Too cool.

Also notice the themed sections—if you are looking for a specific project (a wedding card, birthday invitation, or holiday banner, for instance) you can find a whole section of the theme. There is still an index for all the stamp sets... but...finally there's an index for accessories too! Whoopee... no more riffling through pages and pages to find that elusive brayer or dimensionals.
