Hello there, little birdie........

I don't think I'll ever tire of the Elisabeth Bell images.  They are so much fun to color and the little girls just ooze sweetness.  I made this card for Verve's Friday sketches, Viva la Verve week 3.  We had 3 children's bedrooms to choose for inspiration and I chose this one... here is the sketch too.

As usual, I spent twice as long selecting the paper than it took to make the card.  But, I'm used to being indecisive so I just shrug it off and plod along.  I chose Sugar Rush by Basic Grey for my decorative paper and placed it on SU's pretty in pink cs.  My little girl from Elisabeth Bell, named "New Friend" by the way, was colored with just a few Copics.  I used a very light touch to give her just a soft 'tint'.  I thought the edge punch by SU was a nice touch to help give the card a delicate look.  I HAVE to use some edge punches on all my cards... har har... seems like that anyway!  The little 'hello' is part of Flourishes strawberry set.

I hope you enjoy her and I do appreciate your comments very much!

Back soon,
Patty
