I hope you've had a good week and are looking forward to a great weekend. I actually started this card last Monday for Verve's Mojo143 but I didn't finish it until this afternoon. And, no, I wasn't working on it the entire time. I'm so glad Julee gives us an entire week to submit our cards... I really like playing along but sometimes other stuff gets in my way ;-p.
Do you love this paper? I got it at my local JoAnn's (on sale, no less, whoopee!). It's by DCWV and is called Linen Closet... I got their mat pack too which coordinates all the colors. I used my Verve Love's Flower... it's been awhile since it's seen any love. I stamped the flower twice, colored with Copics, and cut the smaller flower out and glued it on top of the other to give it some dimension. I sort of cheated on the sketch but not too much, I hope.
The background is a sparkly blue but I'm not sure you can see that in the photo. Anyway... wanted to get this posted... hope you like it and thanks for stopping by!
