Under the Weather TSG

Today I want to share a cute stamp set by There She Goes.  It's called Under the Weather and I adore it.  I love the way her little boots look wet... think she's been jumping in puddles?  I dunno, she looks pretty innocent to me :-)

I stamped her off twice... once on whisper white cs and then again on patterned paper by DCWV called Citrus. She was colored with my Copics and then paper pieced.   The sentiment is from Verve's Let it Shine stamp set.  This card was made for a birthday and the inside has the sentiment "It's raining love & birthday wishes" from The Cat's Pajamas.
