Harold of the Greeting Farm

Note to self... try not to EVER get so far behind with my blog again!  I'm going to make a committment to post my cards on a regular basis... seriously!  I do have a few excuses but they don't cover the eight or so months that I've been awol.  However, I did have the knee replacement (*ouch*) with a rather difficult recovery but I'm doing much better now.  Then, as I was making cards, I would take pictures of them to post "later" on my blog.   But, you never know what's going to happen and the worst did!  Yep, my computer got a nasty virus and the hard drive was wiped clean... goodbye pictures of cards.  They were long gone to the people who bought them (neighbors and friends) so that was depressing.  Anyway, that's what happened but I've continued to make cards and photograph them - now to try to catch up with the posting.

Do you love Harold?  I do, so I decided I'd start with this card.  This little guy from The Greeting Farm Stamps is Harold and the digital image is named Bread and Jam.  He was colored with Copics, and cut out and layered with nestabilities.  I used SU kraft for the background and patterned paper is from a matstack by DCWV called dots, stripes, & plaids.  I used some kitchen twine and some red and white gingham ribbon for the bows with a little spiral clip.  Until I get (sort of) caught up with my posting, I am going to keep them rather short and to the point!  If you have any questions, please leave comments and I'll get back to 'ya!

Thanks for stopping by,
Patty
