Sweet Lucy with Kitty

Happy Saturday ... hope you're having a relaxing day!
I have a cute little image to share with you today.  I love this image by Sarah Kay for Stampavie.

Isn't she just the sweetest... and with a kitty!  I'm a kitty person (wild about my fur babies) so this was so much fun to color.  I used my Copic sketch markers and had a blast.  The paper is Basic Grey's Urban Prairie.  After coloring my image I cut her out using my Spellbinder's oval nesties (a little scary) and then created the oval scallop border in avocado.  I dotted the scallops with liquid pearls and then finished it with a big bow.  I'm having fun layering faux die cut buttons and placing them on my "not always perfect" bows.  This is also one of my submissions for 'Dare to get Dirty' at SCS.  I can't disclose any details on the challenges but you might want to become a fan club member (just a thought) ... lots of fun projects and I think Split Coast Stampers does a remarkable job sharing everyone's creations.  It's a great source for inspiration.

So I hope you like my little girl ... I'll be back tomorrow with some surprises!

Bye for now,
Patty
